3. Subscription Tiers and Billing

The Service offers the following subscription tiers:

All tiers search the same data and return the same results. The only difference between tiers is the number of API calls permitted per day. Upgrading your tier does not unlock additional data, databases, or higher-quality results.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Data Sources, Accuracy, and Limitations

RxRadar indexes publicly available data from US government APIs and websites. We do not create, curate, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data. We are a search interface, not a data provider.

Specifically:

We make no guarantee of coverage, completeness, or timeliness. You should consult the original government data sources directly for authoritative or exhaustive information.

5. Medical Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. See our full Medical Disclaimer for details. Do not use this Service as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

6. Intellectual Property

The underlying government data is in the public domain. The RxRadar service, including its search algorithms, embeddings, API design, and documentation, is proprietary. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for the term of your subscription.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RXRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through Stripe.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via the email associated with their Stripe account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
